Where do you work?
We support public tenders across EMEA. Our base is Bärndorf in Austria, and we work both remotely and on-site with your team — depending on what the engagement needs.
What does the first conversation look like?

Do you replace our team?
No — we strengthen it. We check, recommend and, if you wish, work alongside your bid team. Your team keeps ownership of the bid.
How does AI fit in?
AI does the first pass: it reads the tender, matches requirements to your answers and flags gaps. Bernd Mocker reviews every finding before it reaches you. We use Claude by Anthropic on a business plan — your data is not used for AI training.
How do you handle confidential documents?
We sign your NDA first and conclude a GDPR data processing agreement — important for CVs of key staff. Files, emails and AI chats are deleted within 30 days after your tender ends. More on confidentiality
